Terms of Service – ADG2 Transport Corp

General Terms

• ADG2 Transport Corp provides transportation and logistics services as requested by customers.
• Communication may occur via phone, email, or SMS for operational purposes.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
• Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications.
• You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Cargo Liability — Carmack Amendment

ADG2 Transport Corp's maximum cargo liability is limited to $100,000 per shipment unless a higher declared value is agreed in writing prior to pickup. All cargo claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery or expected delivery in accordance with 49 U.S.C. § 14706 (Carmack Amendment). Temperature excursions on refrigerated loads must be documented with continuous reefer unit records. Power-only moves carry different liability parameters — contact us prior to booking for details.

Payment Terms & Default

Payment terms (Net 15, Net 30, Quick Pay) begin upon ADG2 Transport Corp's receipt of a clean Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD). Late payments are subject to 1.5% monthly interest. ADG2 Transport Corp reserves the right to refer delinquent accounts to a collections or factoring company.

Accessorial Charges

Detention, Truck Order Not Used (TONU), layovers, and lumper fees are subject to ADG2 Transport Corp's standard accessorial rate schedule unless otherwise negotiated and confirmed in the rate confirmation document.

Independent Contractor Status

Brokers and shippers engaging ADG2 Transport Corp are independent contracting parties. Nothing on this website or in these terms constitutes a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship.
